FAQ

① About reservations Q: Can I consult with you before making a reservation? A: We recommend that you consult with us before making your reservation as much as possible. The reason is that even if your schedule is free, we may have already discussed your reservation schedule with another customer, so please do not book. I would like to confirm and answer whether you can move to the location as planned at the promised time. When making a consultation, please be sure to fill out the information below. □Name (please use your full name to avoid confusion with someone with the same last name) □Date and time of shooting □Photography location (if it is your home, etc., please provide the detailed address) □Photography content □Preferred time slot (from 1 hour) □Number of participants on the day of shooting □Contact information (required if you would like to receive a response by phone) In addition to the above, please feel free to ask us if you have any other concerns, such as how long it will take to shoot, what shooting fee is appropriate, or whether the location will be far away. Q: Is there a meeting in advance? A: We will discuss in advance the appropriate attire, necessary items, and meeting place according to the image of the photo shoot. Q: How can I make a reservation? A: We accept reservation forms, telephone, LINE, email, and Instagram DM. Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation? A: If you can get to the location in time and there is space, it is possible to do it on the same day. If you want to make a same-day reservation, please call us as soon as possible. (Please pay in cash on the day so you don't have any change.) Q: Can I make a reservation for more than 1 hour (more than 50 minutes of shooting time) at once? A: If there are spaces available, you can reserve as many time slots as you want at once. Q: Is there a way to check my reservation? A: Once we receive your reservation, we will contact you to discuss the image of the shoot. We will also contact you 2-3 days before the shooting date. Reservation for shooting by phone → We will confirm the details of your reservation when you call. Booking a photoshoot using the reservation form or email → If you do not receive a reply, please check your spam email as well, and if it does not arrive there, we will resend the email or use another contact method. If you are having trouble choosing between multiple locations, we will work with you to find the best location based on how the photos will be used. If you are not sure what kind of place is best, please consult us about the purpose and finish. Additionally, for locations that require filming permission, please be sure to apply for filming yourself to avoid any trouble. If you hide the fact that permission has not been granted, we will not be held responsible for any interruptions in filming, shortening of filming time, or disputes that may arise as a result.
